Growing together since 2017
Rooted in a love of the work
Tandem began with a shared passion for landscaping and an appreciation for the knowledge, skill, and care behind a healthy landscape. Founded by Chelsea and Maks in 2017, the company grew from a hands-on approach and pride in doing the work well.
Working together has always been central to Tandem—between our owners, within our crews, and alongside our clients. Strong relationships help us understand what each property needs and make lasting improvements.
That same commitment continues to shape how we care for landscapes and support the people doing the work.
We love what we do! Landscaping has become a lifestyle and we couldn’t see it any other way.
Built around the properties we serve.
As Tandem grew, we saw how much property managers and strata councils benefit from a landscape team that understands both the grounds and the responsibilities involved in managing them.
Reliable maintenance is part of that support. Clear service reports, practical recommendations, and timely communication help clients follow the work and plan for what comes next.
Today, we focus on strata and commercial properties. Our maintenance programs, reporting, and crew training are built around the needs of shared landscapes and long-term client relationships.

Pride in our trade. Care in every detail.
Good landscaping takes knowledge, practical skill, and attention to detail. Understanding plants, choosing the right timing, and applying sound maintenance practices all contribute to a landscape’s long-term health and appearance. We believe that expertise deserves investment—in training, in our people, and in the standards we bring to every property. Our goal is to build a company where clients can see the care behind the work and employees can build a career they are proud of.
